NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Land adjacent to ADB Alarms Group Ltd, Nettlebank House, 336 Hanley Road, Sneyd Green, Smallthorne, Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 1RD.
Take notice that application is being made by: ADB Alarms Group Ltd, Mr A Bennett.
For planning permission to: Full Planning Application (Retrospective) for retention of existing boundary treatments alongside ADB- Alarms, Smallthorne. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Development Management, PO Box 630, Civic Centre, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 1HH.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding
any part of which is comprised in the land.
