Proposal: Removal of Condition 37 of permission ref: 17/00680/ RECON to allow increase in gross internal floor area within the approved multi-purpose sports and leisure facility (17/00680/ RECON granted for application submitted under S73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for a Minor Material Amendment to DC/15/01716/FULL1 granted for the demolition of the existing south stand and terraces, removal of astro turf pitches to the south of the existing stand and the erection of a new building to accommodate a stand with 1,485 seats and a multi purpose facility with badminton, volleyball and indoor cricket facilities, a cafe and viewing boxes at mezzanine level. New car parking for 134 cars. Part change of use of land used for grazing horses to football club. Creation of a full first floor level within the multi purpose facility). The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated. *As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
