NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (3) OR ARTICLE 16 OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Smite Lane Farm, Smite Lane, Thoroton, Nottinghamshire I give Notice that Mr George Ogden of Smite Farms Ltd is applying to Rushcliffe Borough Council for the permission for the erection of 2 no. additional poultry houses with associated feed bins and hard standings and boiler house in connection with the whole farm moving to high welfare chicken production and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

- The plans
- The environmental statement
- And other documents submitted with the application At Rushcliffe Customer Service Centre, Fountain Court, Gordon Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5LN Monday, Thursday and Friday 8.30- 4.30 pm until 20th June 2024.
