I give notice that Aggregate Industries UK Limited is applying to the Somerset Council for planning permission for the Variation of Condition 8 (Hours of Operation) of Planning Permission reference SCC/3828/2021

Members of the public may inspect the application online at Planning Register : Somerset County Council until 20th June 2024.

I must point out that representations received become a matter of public record, and as such may be made available at any time. Copies will also be forwarded to the Inspectorate and applicant in the event of an appeal.
