I give notice that Tynedale Roadstone Limited, having made an application accompanied by an Environmental Statement to North Yorkshire Council for planning permission for erection of an Asphalt Plant, single storey site office cabin, welfare storage area with associated car parking spaces, aggregate storage bays, widening of internal access road, proposed bund / acoustic barrier, lighting, associated hardstanding & removal of trees, have submitted further information in relation to the Environmental Statement (amended description of the proposed development & application red line boundary) comprising the following:- ES – Non-Technical Summary; ES – Chapters A (Introduction & Background), C (Site & Scheme Description), D (Noise & Vibration), E (Heritage) &H (Mitigation & Monitoring); ES - Appendices to Chapters A (Introduction & Back-ground), C (Site & Scheme Description), E (Heritage) & F (Landscape & Visual Impact); SES - Updated Non-Technical Summary; Supplementary Environmental Statement; & SES - Technical Appendices. Plus, revised/additional supporting documents & plans: Submission cover letter from Lichfields; Application Form; Planning Drawings (series of updated & new planning & landscaping drawings); Planning Statement; Design & Access Statement; Tree Constraints Survey & AIA; Preliminary Assessment of Ground Conditions; Ecological Impact Assessment; FRA & Drainage Strategy; SuDS Management & Maintenance; Air Quality Assessment; Odour Assessment; Transport Assessment; Travel Plan; BNG Assessment; Biodiversity Metric Spreadsheet; GCN eDNA Survey; NE Impact Assessment & CPC; Ancient Woodland Mitigation Plan; and Response Notes (Ecology, Environmental Health, Flood Risk & Drainage, Highways, Landscape & Planning Policy). Members of the public may view the further information (& the original application, plans & Environmental Statement) at North Yorkshire Council (Harrogate), Planning Department, Crescent Gardens, Harrogate, during all reasonable hours until 29/06/24. Please note that this may require a prior
appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the Council’s web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk.
