Mr Sivaruban Thatparanantham is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of first and second floor to 4no. self contained apartments. Installation of rear windows and internal alterations to ground floor retail space. This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of various buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
24/00966/FHH - 9 Roker Park Road Sunderland SR6 9PF. Mrs Rachel Noble is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of single storey extension to rear.
24/00979/FUL - 12 West Lawn Sunderland SR2 7HW. Mr Mark Hawker is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Enlargement of existing lightwell, including external steps from ground floor garden level; Removal of timber frame windows (high-level) and installation of new full-height timber/glazed external door; Removal of render wall finish (grey) and installation of new external render at basement level (front elevation); Replacement of ten single-glazed timber sash windows to front elevation bay window with ten double-glazed timber sash windows (front elevation - ground floor and 1st floor).
As the above two applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about these applications will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.

Mr L Westoe is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement of wooden single glazed sliding sash windows for heritage style upvc double glazed sliding sash windows. This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
