I give notice that The Community Stadium Limited is applying to Brighton & Hove City Council for planning permission for: Application to vary condition 1 of planning permission BH2023/02872 to amend the approved drawings to permit revisions to the design to include a reduction in the footprint of the building by removal of the angular southern section of the building closest to the stadium and extension of the mezzanine across a wider section of the fan zone.

The proposed application applies to a Variation of Condition relating to a major application where: The floor space to be created is 1,000 square metres or more.
