Proposed development at: Sunnybrook Farm (Formerly Park House Farm), Portgate, Okehampton, West Devon, Borough, EX20 4PZ.
Take notice that application is being made by: Wildhouse Ltd, Mr & Mrs R & K Smith
For planning permission to: Installation of 4 no. glamping pods for overnight guest use, associated decking, reinforced grass track & parking / turning area, service hut, secure bicycle storage & recycling/ refuse storage and landscaping of site. The application includes an access route over unregistered land to the nearest highway.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: West Devon Borough Council - Kilworthy Park, Tavistock, PL19 0BZ.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
