Proposed development at: Land at NGR 287487 79663 Old Kate Bridge, Chudleigh, Devon.
We give notice that Wain Homes (South West) Limited has submitted to Teignbridge District Council a hybrid application seeking full planning permission for erection of 142 residential dwellings (Use Class C3) together with associated landscaping, open space, access, football pitch, pedestrian bridge and infrastructure and outline permission for 8 self-build plots (LPA reference: 22/01651/ MAJ).
Any owner or tenant of the land wishing to make representations about this application should write to: Teignbridge District Council, Development Management, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4XX, within 21 days of the date of this notice.
