Notice of an Application to Modify a Section 106 Planning Obligation
I give notice that Burges Salmon Trustees Limited is applying to South Hams District Council to modify the planning obligation described below.
Planning Obligation
Obligation: S106 Agreement signed between South Hams District Council, Burges Salmon Trustees Limited, Devon County Council and Hannick Homes & Development Limited.
Land to which the obligation relates: Land At Sx6483 5632, Off Rutt Lane, Ivybridge, Devon.
Date on which the obligation was entered into: 8 August 2018.
Any person against whom the planning obligation is enforceable who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 5NE by the 20th June 2024. (Members of the public will be invited to make representations when the application has been submitted to the Council).
