Launcells - Pigsdon Quarry Road From The County Boundary To The A39 Between Old Kilkhampton Road And Stone Hill Bude EX23 9LQ - Proposed extension to the extraction area of Pigsdon Quarry into two fields to the west of the existing operational area; use of three fields to the west of Lopthorne Lane for the placement of overburden; and construction of a landscaping/ noise screening bund in a field to the north of the proposed extension area. Lawhitton Rural - The Old Rectory Lawhitton Launceston Cornwall PL15 9NH - Listed building consent for Amendment of drawings in respect of PA22/04166, to show French doors in line with the original Forms and Heritage Statement submitted with the application, rather than Bi-fold doors which were erroneously included on the drawings. Only those comments relevant to material planning considerations will be taken into account as part of an application’s determination. Any representations received will be open to public inspection.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) any comments submitted on a planning application will be subject to acceptance of the Privacy Notice for representations (D) on the Council’s website http:// www.cornwall.gov.uk/planningprivacy . The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that such correspondence must be made available for inspection either by Councillors or members of the public (which may include the Press). In the event of an appeal against the decision, any representations made in connection with the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and the appellant.
