Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings

24/39114/FUL - Eccleshall Dental Practice 6 Castle Street Eccleshall - Proposed single storey rear extension and link to outbuilding to form additional dental surgery and staff room

23/37609/OUT - Radfield House Austin Friars Stafford - Outline application ( access, appearance and layout)- Eight apartments, access, drying area, parking and associated works

24/38976/FUL - 44 Greengate Street Stafford Staffordshire - Removal of existing external signage and cash point Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 19 June 2024. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 19 June 2024. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
