The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24F/1130 - 17 West Albert Road (17) Applicant John Burns, Pear Tree Estates Ltd. To convert existing building to accommodate 4 no. one bed units at lower ground, ground, first and second floors.
24F/0265 - Cavern Walks, Mathew Street (2) Applicant Craig Greenwood, Cavern Walks Limited. To carry out the conversion of the upper floors (Floors 1-7) of the building to provide 283 hotel suites (Use Class C1), including reception area and food, beverage, entertainment and function room space at upper ground floor, mezzanine and first floor and incorporating one existing retail units (Class E) (a) Use) at upper ground floor. 24F/0841 & 24L/0822 - 2 Blackburne Place (8) Applicant Ross Spencer, The Urban Evolution. To convert existing office to 2 no. one bedroom flats and 2 no. two bedroom flats and carry out partial façade retention and erect 3 storey extension to the rear forming 4 no. town houses.

24F/1240 - 66-68 South John Street (1) Applicant Maria Topouzi (GOA-INVEST S.A) To carry out alterations to shop frontages in order to extend retail unit, new cladding, replacement glazing and new entrances.
24A/1260 - Hard Days Night Hotel, Central Buildings, 37-45 North John Street (2) Applicant Mr Jon Keats, Cavern City Tours Ltd. To display PVC banner artwork at first floor level and 3 no. information panels.
24L/1123 - Hard Days Night Hotel, Central Buildings, 37-45 North John Street (2) Applicant Mr Jon Keats, Cavern City Tours Ltd. Works to facade of listed building in association with display of a PVC banner at first floor level and 3 no. information panels.

24H/1305 - 18 Sefton Drive (8) Applicant Stephanie Power. To install no. 1 rooflight to front.
24F/1226 - Belem Tower, Aigburth Drive (17) Applicant Cornerstone. To install 12 no antennas, 2 no. 0.3m dishes mounted on 6 no. 2.5m high support poles and 6 no. 4m high support poles on 3 no. quad pods at 32.3m AGL. Install ancillary equipment on new support poles and 4 no. cabinets on new grillage and carry out development works on the roof of the building.
24L/1339 - 1-8 Edward Pavilion, Salthouse Quay (3) Applicant Alex Leverett. To install internal alterations to second and third floor including fit out and cosmetic works
24F/1344 - 9 Hartington Road, Toxteth (8) Applicant Miss Jess Taylor, Hawksmoor Properties Ltd. 24F/1324 and 24A/1325 - Pavement on Basnett Street and the junction with Church Street (1) Applicant Mr Nathan Still. To install a multi-functional hub unit with touch screen, telephone and defibrillator, featuring an integral advertisement display screen.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
