These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.
24/P/00571 Richmond House, Millbrook, Guildford, Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (approved drawings), condition 5 (details and samples), condition 6 (rooflights), condition 8 (enhancement), condition 9 (sustainable construction), condition 10 (sustainability measures), condition 11 (water efficiency) and condition 12 (niose levels) of planning application 22/P/00874 dated 30/01/24 for the proposed extension and conversion of dwelling to form three flats.
24/P/00618 & 24/P/00619 Eastbury Manor, The Street, Compton, Guildford, Planning and Listed Building Consent for the proposed change of use of former care home (use class C2) to a single dwellinghouse (use class C3), together with internal alterations comprising the reversal of room insertions and subdivisions.
24/P/00629 136 Addison Road, Guildford, Replacement of existing windows.
24/P/00712 & 24/P/00713 The Lodge, Stanley Hill, Pirbright, Woking, Planning and Listed Building Consent for the change of use from ancillary outbuilding to independent residential dwellinghouse together with a front porch and minor fenestration changes.
24/P/00719 The Old Rectory, The Street, Albury, Guildford, Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the removal of Condition 2 (bird nesting and roosting boxes) of planning permission 23/P/02107 approved 05/04/24 which was an application under section 73 for the variation of condition 2 (approved plans) and condition 6A (details of external windows and doors) to change the approved plans and to remove condition 6A (External window and door details) as no longer required (Conditions 6B, 6C, 6D, and 6E to remain (these have already been discharged ref. 21/D/00153/1)) of planning permission 20/P/01694 approved 03/12/2020 for the refurbishment of existing barn for use as store and part conversion for ancillary residential use, internal and external alterations including replacing modern 1970s roof with traditional oak framed roof & ground floor single storey extension to west elevation.
24/P/00720 White Horse Yard, High Street, Ripley, Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for a variation of condition 2 (materials) to allow for minor enhancements to the elevations and the provision of 3 additional car parking spaces of planning application 23/P/01005 (which itself was a variation planning application 20/P/01057) for the erection of 26 houses and flats, associated landscaping, open space, access and parking following demolition of buildings including the partial demolition of
the listed curtilage wall.
24/P/00721 & 24/P/00722 71A Poyle Road, Tongham, Farnham, Planning and Listed Building Consent for a single storey side extension together with glass link.

24/P/00734 The Queen Stage (previously known as The Sir Douglas Haig), The Street, Effingham, Leatherhead, Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the removal of Condition 20 (building recording - fountain) of permission 20/P/01128, approved on 17/02/2022 for the erection of 4 houses; 2 x 3 bed and 2 x 2 bed, with garage and office building following demolition of coach house. Refurbishment of public house (A4 - now Sui Generis) and existing short term accommodation (C1). Amendment to facilitate the removal of the existing fountain. 24/P/00736 The Old House, The Green, Pirbright, Woking, Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the variation Condition 2 (drawing numbers) to accommodate a change in design of planning permission 23/P/01957 approved 29/02/2024 for the erection of an outbuilding.
24/P/00739 & 24/P/00740 Manor Farmhouse, Elstead Road, Seale, Farnham, Planning and Listed Building Consent for a proposed first floor rear extension, changes to fenestration, additional external and internal alterations and parking amendments with a new access.
24/P/00741 Mallow, Chestnut Avenue, Guildford, Single storey side extension, part single, part two storey rear extension, front facing gabled roof extension, rear dormer windows together with changes to the front driveway.
24/P/00758 2 Hatchlands Lodge, Ripley Lane, West Horsley, Leatherhead, Internal alterations to ground floor layout. Removal of internal load bearing walls and installation of supporting beams. Reconfiguration of the kitchen layout. Insulating and making habitable additional ground floor living space, including insulating external walls and replacing a shallow pitched roof together with formation of double opening patio doors to the north facing elevation of the existing intermediate space of the property.
