Variation of Condition 1 (the 'event cap') of Planning Permission 20/4197 to: allow the use of the Stadium, on a permanent basis, for up to 8 additional major events per calendar year; combine the separate limits on 'sporting' and 'non-sporting' events; remove the 'swap' provision; limit the number of association football matches to 25 per calendar year; amend the interim spectator capacity figure; redefine the event cap year (to align with a calendar year), and (b) Variation of Condition 2 to allow for temporary traffic management in association with up to 54 stadium events per calendar year.
