The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
1. Alterations to existing station entrance to improve accessibility at Huddersfield Railway Station, St George’s Square, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/91206.
The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building
2. Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for erection of replacement conservatory roof and installation of solid fuel stove and flue at Chain Farm, Chain Road, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2024/91181 & 2024/91182.
The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
3. Planning Permission for installation of velux window to roof and solar panels to flat roofed extension & Listed Building Consent for installation of velux window to roof, solar panels to flat roofed extension and internal alterations at 82A, New North Road, Edgerton, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2024/91057 & 2024/91136.
The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building
4. Erection of single and two storey extensions, replacement garage and associated works at 1-2, Broadfields, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/91172.
The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
5. Erection of one dwelling at Land at Nabbs Lane, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/91243.
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

7. Erection of single storey extension at 3, Lockwoods Yard, Scapegoat Hill, Huddersfield (Footpath No. COL/46/50). Application No. 2024/91017.

8. Conversion of upper floors to 10 student flats and side elevation windows/shopfront design at 90, New Street, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/91145.
