What is planned?
SOUTH DERBYSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL
The Council has under consideration the following applications:
Ref: DMPA/2024/0214 (Affects the Setting of a Listed Building) Proposed 2 new access points with associated drainage engineering works on Land adjacent to the B5008 Etwall Road, Willington
Ref: DMPA/2024/0334 (Affects a Conservation Area & the Setting of a Listed Building) Remove 2 small dormer windows on the rear of the house & create 1 gable at 31 Church Street, Netherseal
Ref: DMPA/2024/0621 (Affects a Conservation Area)
The variation of condition no. 13 (water drainage) of permission ref. DMPA/2020/0533 for the Demolition of existing industrial & office buildings (including the relevant demolition consent) & erection of 7 dwellings, garaging & associated development, the provision of a GRP substation, pedestrian access to the adjacent public footpath & alterations to the adjacent boundary wall at Seymour House, Kendrick Mills, Chapel Street, Melbourne
Ref: DMPA/2024/0624 (Affects a Conservation Area)
The replacement of timber double glazed windows to the front & side elevations, remedial works to flat roof, chimney stacks & installation of a fire escape retractable ladder to rear elevation at 39 Market Place, Melbourne
Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire. gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays)
This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
