NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is given that an application has been made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by Barryvale Limited to obtain planning permission for:

Application No: 23/01953/FULL

Proposal: Redevelopment of site to include the erection of a building part 8 and part 30 storeys in height, comprising 192 units (Use Class C3), flexible commercial floorspace including a bar/ event space (Class E/ Sui Generis), and associated cycle and refuse storage, public realm, landscape, enabling works and basement.

Location: 14-34 London Road, Barking, Barking and Dagenham, IG11 8AG.

The application represents a 'Major' development. It is also falls within the setting of a Conservation Area, the setting of Listed Buildings and the setting of a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
