Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.

Application reference: PL/2024/0000865/FUL
Site address: Henley College, Henley Road.
Proposed development: Demolition of the existing college buildings and structures and construction of new residential development of 118 dwellings.
Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.

Application reference: PL/2024/0000884/LBC
Site address: 29 - 33 Upper Precinct.
Proposed development: Removal of existing signage and replace with new illuminated signage and internal alterations.
Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.

Application reference: PL/2024/0000749/FUL
Site address: 45 Melville Road.
Proposed development: Conversion of 5 persons HMO to 7 persons HMO, single storey rear extension and loft conversion with rear dormer.
Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
