Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2024/0686: MO/2024/0687LBC: Highlands, Vincent Lane, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3HF, Remove the existing first floor rear bathroom extension and add a new part single, part two storey rear extension containing a kitchen and breakfast room at ground floor and a larger bathroom at first floor, raise the roof of the existing side extension and convert the roof space into a new shower room and wardrobe space. Alter the layout of the existing side extension ground floor wc area to create a small wc and shower room.

MO/2024/0678: The Barn, Highlands Farm, Headley Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8QE, Erection of a new three bedroomed dwelling and garage/carport on site of existing sand school.

MO/2024/0642: Youngs, Coles Lane, Ockley, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5LT, Repair part of the roofscape and insulate the roof with lambs wool insulation, install a conservation rooflight to the west facing roof to provide a fire escape from the top floor.

MO/2024/0733: Springs, Rookery Drive, Westcott, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3LQ, Re-tile the roof of the entire property LBC.

Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk. Representations should be submitted in writing by 14 June 2024. Development Control Manager, Pippbrook, Dorking, RH4 1SJ.
