NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257
AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
BOLSOVER DISTRICT COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATH, BOLSOVER No 34 (pt) & STAVELEY No 29 (pt)
PUBLIC FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER 2024 (3)

On 10th May 2024 Bolsover District Council confirmed the above order.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert the footpath as described in Schedule 1 of this notice and as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at The Arc, High Street, Clowne, Derbyshire S43 4JY from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £10
This order comes into force on the date that Bolsover District Council certifies the Order, but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

The full width of that part of Public Footpath, Staveley No 29 commencing at grid reference 445790, 374509 (Point A) and proceedings in a south, south easterly direction for a distance of 110 metres to grid reference 445818, 374404 (Point B), then in a southerly direction for a distance of 142 metres to grid reference 445828, 374263 (Point C), then in a south, south easterly direction for a distance of 57 metres to its junction with Public Footpath, Bolsover No 34 and the parish boundary at grid reference 445845, 374208

The full width of that part of Public Footpath Bolsover No 34 commencing at its junction with Public footpath Staveley No 29 and the parish boundary at grid reference 445845, 374208 (Point D) and running in a south, south easterly direction for a distance of 170 metres to grid reference 445912, 374052 (Point E)

Public Footpath commencing at grid reference 445790, 374511 (Point A) and running in a south easterly direction for a distance of 14 metres to grid reference 445800, 374502 Point F), then heading in a south westerly direction for a distance of 199 metres to grid reference 445697,374331 (Point G), then heading in a south easterly direction for a distance of 24 metres to grid reference 445714,374314 (Point H), then heading in an south, south easterly direction for a distance of 107 metres to grid reference 445744,374214 (Point I), then heading in a east, north easterly direction for a distance of 309 metres to grid reference 446028, 374268 (Point J), then heading in a south, south easterly direction for a distance of 18 metres to its junction with the new line of Public Footpath, Bolsover No 34 and the parish boundary at grid reference 446030,374249 (Point K)
The width of the new path will be 3m comprising a two-metre stoned surfaced path with a 0.5 metre grassed verge to either side.

Public Footpath commencing at its junction with the new line of Public Footpath, Staveley No 29 and the parish boundary at grid reference 446030,374249 (Point K) and running in a south, south easterly direction for a distance of 26 metres to grid reference 446033,374224 (Point L), then heading in an easterly direction for a distance of 13 metres to grid reference 446046, 374224 (Point M), then heading in a southerly direction for a distance of 25 metres to grid reference 446050, 374204 (Point N), then heading in a south westerly direction for a distance of 196 metres to rejoin Public Footpath, Bolsover No 34 at grid reference 445912, 374052 (Point E)
The width of the new path will be 3m comprising a two-metre stoned surfaced path with a 0.5 metre grassed verge to either side.
