1 Beadon Road London W6 0EA 2024/01116/TEL56 Installation of 24/7 telecommunications cell site at roof level, including 3no. new antenna, 1no. new GPS node, and 1no. new equipment cabinet, alongside the installation of 1no. climbable antenna support pole, 1no. ERS bracket, 1no. Unistrut and development ancillary thereto, following the removal of 3no. existing antenna, 1no. existing GPS node and 1no. existing equipment cabinet.
The Queens Club Palliser Road London W14 9EQ 2024/01085/FUL
Repair and alterations to the President’s Room terrace located on the upper level of the two storey Clubhouse Pavilion, to include extending the terrace by 1 metre; resurfacing the terrace with promenade tiles, which are raised by paving pedestals below raising the floor level by approx 200mm; and replacement of existing metal railings with a new steel/stainless steel balustrade.
