The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24F/1170 - 31 Castle Street City Centre (2) Applicant (Troia UK) Restaurants Ltd. Change of use from a bank to restaurant/bar (sui generis) including installation of ventilation and extract system and external alterations (part alternative to permission ref: 22F/0422).
24L/1110 - 31 Castle Street City Centre (2) Applicant (Troia UK) Restaurants Ltd. To carry out internal and external alterations in connection with the change of use from a bank to restaurant/bar including the display of associated signage and canopies.
24A/1114 - 31 Castle Street City Centre (2) Applicant (Troia UK) Restaurants Ltd. To display 1 no. fascia sign, 2 no. menu boards, 4 no. lettering on planters, 4 no. vinyl lettering applied to the windows, 4 canopies with applied lettering and accessibility signage
24L/1108 - Unit 18, Matchworks 2, 140 Speke Road, Garston (19) Applicant Mr L Woods, Amey. To install frosted film to windows and 1 no. fascia sign to front elevation, install louvres following demolition of existing bay window to rear, install binds to the soffit and carry out internal alterations.
24O/1181 - Land at Pighue Lane (13) Applicant Mr T. Kilroe, Bethel Group. To erect 12 dwellings (Outline application).
24L/1223 - Flat 5, 56-58 Belvidere Road Applicant Samantha Battison. To install new door to second floor apartment to facilitate use of existing flat roof as a terrace The applications can be viewed at https://liverpool.gov.uk/ planning-and-building-control/
Any comments you want to make must be received by 30th May 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
