What is planned?
THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 (AS AMENDED)
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant: Cruden Homes (East) Limited and Law Place (East Kilbride) Limited give notice of their intention to consult on the proposed development of land at the Former Rolls Royce Site, Law Place, East Kilbride, G74 4QL for residential development with associated works, including access, landscaping and SuDS.
Two in-person public exhibitions will be held at Blacklaw Primary Community Wing, Glen Arroch, East Kilbride, G74 2BP between the hours of 2pm and 7pm on 3 June 2024 and 25 June 2024 respectively, where members of the Project Team will be available to answer questions, interact with the local community and receive feedback on the proposals.
In addition, information on the proposed development will be accessible online via a public consultation website. The consultation will be held at www.cruden-lawplace.co.uk, and be viewable, and open for questions and comments between 3 June 2024 (at 9am) and 5 July 2024 (at 5:30pm).

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 5 July 2024 either in-person at the abovementioned exhibitions, via the website or via the provided contact details. Comments can also be accepted via post to Penny Johnstone, 201 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW.
Please note, comments on the proposal during this preapplication consultation are to the prospective applicant and not a formal representation to South Lanarkshire Council. If a planning application is subsequently submitted then you will have the opportunity to make formal representations directly to South Lanarkshire Council during the statutory notification period.
