PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Installation of kitchen extraction system and air
conditioning unit to side at 6 St Peters Square
Pocklington YO42 2AJ (Ref: 24/01024/PLF)
b) Erection of single storey extension to rear following
demolition of conservatory at 22 Roman Avenue
South Stamford Bridge YO41 1EZ (Ref: 24/01349/PLF)
c) Conversion of existing barn to form dwelling,
construction of vehicular access and associated works
at Land North of St Everildas Churchyard Main Street
Everingham YO42 4JA (Ref: 24/00911/PLF)
Proposals (a,c) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) is an Ancient Monument scheduled under
Section 2 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological
Areas Act 1979.
