PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION:
Prospective Major Application at
14 Ashely Place, Edinburgh, EH6 5PX.
Proposed Purpose- Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)
with associated infrastructure and landscaping.
The in-person public consultation event will take place on Wednesday 29th May 2024 from 3pm to 7pm. It will be held at The Biscuit Factory, 4-6 Anderson Place, Edinburgh, EH6 5NP, where you will be able to find out more about the proposal and will also have opportunity to speak to the project team representing the Applicant, Glenprop 4 LLP. Further information will also be available at the prospective website www.14ashleyplace.com from Wednesday 29th May 2024 or you can contact Scott Hobbs Planning Ltd at 0131 2256 7225.
If you wish to make comments on the proposal, you may do so at the event by submitting a feedback form. Alternatively, you can email your comments to consultation@scotthobbsplanning.com with the subject ‘Ashely Place’ or post comment to 24a Stafford Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7BD by Wednesday 12th June 2024.
