The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: Affects the setting of a Listed Building and may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area

Application No: 2024/00546/FUL

Application Type: Full Planning

Location: Forshaws Davies Ridgway, 17-21 Palmyra Square South, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington WA1 1BW.

Proposal: Change the use of numbers 17, 19 and 21 Palmyra Square to create two houses of multiple occupation (HMO). Numbers 17 and 19 will form one property, with a total of 15 bedrooms. Number 21 Palmyra Square will form a separate HMO, consisting of 12 bedrooms. In addition, it is proposed to change the use of the garage to form an office suite.

Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent

Application No: 2024/00527/LBC

Application Type: Listed Building Consent

Location: Lymm Hall Rectory Lane, Lymm, Warrington, Lymm WA13 0AJ.

Proposal: 1. WC - wall panelling, decorative plasterwork, floorboard replacement & insulation 2. Living Room -fireplace upgrade 3. Radiator network replacement and Heat pump installation 4. Entrance Hall - Curtain pole over front door 5. Attic - Membrane and insulation with additional boarding 6. Hood Mould repair (1 window) 7. Bed 5/Morning Room/Study - Fireplace opening up 8. Bed 5 - Internal wall insulation and decorative plasterwork 9. Ensuite - Internal wall insulation, decorative plasterwork & panelling.
