The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.
Reason for notice: Affects the setting of a Listed Building and may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area

Location: Forshaws Davies Ridgway, 17-21 Palmyra Square South, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington WA1 1BW.
Proposal: Change the use of numbers 17, 19 and 21 Palmyra Square to create two houses of multiple occupation (HMO). Numbers 17 and 19 will form one property, with a total of 15 bedrooms. Number 21 Palmyra Square will form a separate HMO, consisting of 12 bedrooms. In addition, it is proposed to change the use of the garage to form an office suite.
