Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by the City and County of Swansea as Local Planning Authority for planning permission for the following developments:

744 Mumbles Road Mumbles Swansea SA3 4EL - Replacement roof covering and replacement of a window with a fire door on North elevation to Squash Club building (application for Listed Building Consent) (Ref: 2024/0793/LBC)
Pembroke Buildings Cambrian Place Maritime Quarter Swansea SA1 1RL - Replace the flat roof covering down to deck with an Alumasc Derbigum Olivine system (including replacement of rooflights and deck repairs), enlarge the parapet gutter outlets, replace the timber glazed lantern with an aluminium mono-pitched glazed lantern and associated repair works (application for Listed Building Consent) (Ref: 2024/0883/LBC)
