The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting - Amended Proposal Description

1. Planning permission and Listed Building Consent for change of use and conversion of existing buildings, forming split-level six storey development comprising four-storey stairwell, four-storey roof-top tower block and enclosed courtyard to create 19 student apartments and 6 dwellings for general occupancy, sub-division of the retail unit forming 61-63 New Street at 61-65, New Street, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2021/93305 & 2021/93306.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

2. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for demolition of existing wall, engineering operations to regrade land and erection of fence between Ravensdeane and Trafford House at 1, Ravensdeane, Edgerton, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2024/90108 & 2024/90161.

The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building

3. Erection of side porch to main property and detached outbuilding to front garden at 1, Prospect Place, Nettleton Hill, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/91153.

4. Erection of freestanding 10KW air source heat pump at 11, Flush House Lane, Holmbridge, Holmfirth. Application No. 2024/90816.

The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

5. Advertisement Consent for illuminated and non-illuminated signs at Santander, 9-11, King Street, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/91131.

Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Notice Under Article 15

The following planning application has been received which affects a public right of way

6. Erection of side porch to main property and detached outbuilding to front garden at 1, Prospect Place, Nettleton Hill, Huddersfield (Footpath Nos. HUD/443/10, HUD/430/80 & HUD/430/30). Application No. 2024/91153.

The following planning applications have been received which constitute Major Development - Amended Proposal Description
