PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council's web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

The proposed development would affect a Public Right of Way. The proposed development is classified as Major Development.

24/10380 Land South Of, Derritt Lane, Sopley BH23 8AT - Variation of conditions 2, 26 and 37 of application 21/11097 to allow amended layout and drainage plans in regard to the incorporation of a package treatment plan and associated infrastructure.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

24/10393 26 Lynes Lane, Ringwood BH24 1EH - Rear and side extension to replace existing conservatory; replacement garage to incorporate workshop and home office/gym; solar panels to dwelling and proposed garage.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

24/10331 Downlands Cottage, Martin Road, Martin SP6 3LA - Creation of new vehicular access off of main highway providing off road parking and additional spaces serving Downlands Cottage, new wall and gate to close off existing vehicular access.

24/10410 56 & 57 High Street, Lymington SO41 9AH - Construction of a new single-storey, oak framed car port/outbuilding.

The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

24/10315 The Forge, Christchurch Road, Downton, Hordle SO41 0LA - Change of use of garage building from ancillary residential to AirBnB (Retrospective)

This application is for Listed Building Consent.

24/10083 24B High Street, Lymington, SO41 9AD - Advertising notices, decorative metal plaques, planters and mirrors on exterior wall. (Application for listed building consent)

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
