NOTICES UNDER ARTICLE 15 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 – 
NOTICES UNDER SECTION 67 & 73

Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.

Application reference: PL/2024/0000810/FUL Site address: Jigsaw Day Nursery, The School House, 85 Moor Street Proposed development: Erection of pre-school building Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application reference: PL/2024/0000184/FUL Site address: Earl of Mercia, 18 High Street Proposed development: Increase permitted pavement furniture Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application reference: PL/2024/0000405/HHA Site address: 6 The Spinney Proposed development: First floor extension, new roof over existing single storey area and alterations Reason: 

The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. 

Application reference: PL/2024/0000824/PAMA Site address: Sutherland House, Matlock Road Proposed development: Change of use from office (Use Class E) to 102 residential apartments (Use Class C3) Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application reference: PL/2024/0000734/LBC Site address: Starbucks, Coventry Railway Station Proposed development: Non-structural fit out and new signage Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.

Application reference: PL/2023/0002359/RESM Site address: Whitley Pumping Station, London Rd Proposed development: Reserved Matters for details of appearance, layout, scale and landscaping of 149 new dwellings with public open space, drainage, car parking and other associated works pursuant to planning permission OUT/2020/2521. Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development and affects the setting of a listed building.
