NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 18 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION IN RESPECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE

Proposed development at: Land lying to the North-East of Gwenlais Farm, Carmel Road, Pontlliw, Swansea, SA4 9EX

I give notice that: Recurrent Energy Ltd is applying to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of Development of National Significance (DNS) which is: Solar Farm

Members of the public may inspect copies of:

• the application;
• the plans; and
• other documents associated with it at: Civic Centre, Oystermouth Road, Swansea, SA1 3SN

during all reasonable hours until 19.06.2024 and, online at https://planningcasework.service.gov.wales/ - and search for CAS-02282-Z9M8L7

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application must write to the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 19.06.2024. All representations received will be published online as soon as the deadline has passed.
