Take Notice that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
*R/2024/0278/CA & R/2024/0277/LB: Planning and LBC for replacement of existing glazed conservatory roof with slate roof at 25 Wilton Castle Lane Wilton Village, Redcar
*R/2024/0279/CA: Demolition of existing two storey rear extension and single storey rear extension to be replaced by a part single, part two storey rear extension at 58 Belmangate, Guisborough
*R/2024/0291/CA: Replacement of existing 2 first floor rear elevation white UPVC windows with new windows colour golden oak to match at 24 Bristol Avenue Saltburn
*As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.
R/2024/0285/CA & R/2024/0286/LB: Planning & LBC for change of use from place of worship (Use Class F1) to mixed use restaurant (Use Class E) with bar (Use Class Sui Generis) and event space (Use Class F2) at Saltburn Methodist Church, Milton Street, Saltburn
R/2024/0287/CA & R/2024/0288/LB: Planning & LBC for removal of concrete block screen wall and installation of cast-iron support frame/posts to underside of 2no balconies and replacement railings to one balcony at Edward House, 17 Marine Parade, Saltburn
R/2024/0298/CA: Change of use from E(a) retail to tanning salon (sui generis); new shop front at 18 Zetland Road, Loftus
R/2024/0299/CA: Change of use from retail E(a) to beauty salon (sui generis); new shop front at 19 Zetland Road, Loftus
Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:
R/2024/0292/FFM: Erection of Freeport and Transport Office including formation of car and HGV parking areas and other associated development at land near roundabout at Smiths Dock Road and Dockside Road, Teesport, Grangetown
