What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by the Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021

Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Purpose built student accommodation, flatted residential development, community wealth building artistic facility and community lounge with associated community park of circa 2.5 acres, amenity, access and other ancillary works, at Havannah Street, Collegelands, Glasgow.

A public consultation event will take place on Thursday 30th May 2024 between 3pm and 7pm at Drygate Village Hall (part of Wheatley housing complex), 30 Drygate, Glasgow, G4 0YB. During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.

Further information and a copy of the consultation boards will be available on our dedicated project website (www.collegelandspark.co.uk) or from Iceni Projects, 201 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so at the event or by email to collegelandspark@iceniprojects.com no later than 19th June 2024.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
