Notice is hereby given that Croda Europe Limited is applying to East Riding of Yorkshire Council for hazardous substances consent for the site at Rawcliffe Bridge, Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire, DN14 8PN. The application is submitted due to the addition of one hazardous substance relative to the existing consent.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at the Croda Europe Limited site reception, Rawcliffe Bridge, Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire, DN14 8PN during office hours from 25/05/2024 through to and including 14/06/2024.
The hazardous substances authority (from which relevant information can be obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent, and will decide under what conditions to grant consent.
Anyone who wishes to make representations (including comments or questions) about this application should submit these to the hazardous substances authority at: East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 9BA or email planning@eastriding.gov.uk before 15/06/2024.
