Haddricks Mill Road - Dispose Of Land For Residential Garden Purposes
What is planned?
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Newcastle upon Tyne intends to dispose of land comprising approximately 132 square metres situate adjacent to 7 and 9 Haddricks Mill Road Newcastle upon Tyne (“the Land”) for residential garden purposes.
The Land comprises open space for the purposes of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 and a plan identifying the Land may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Customer Services, City Library, 33 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AX.
Any representation relating to the proposed disposal should be made in writing no later than 31 May 2024 and sent to the address below (quoting reference (Conv/SC/125807).
