I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

3 And 3A Albion Road North Shields Tyne And Wear – APPLICATION NO: 24/00463/FUL

Mr Andy Dark is applying for planning permission for External alterations associated with the conversion of two flats into one including the installation of a new external entrance door off Albion Road.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

North Tyneside Council is applying for Listed Building Consent for Hawkeys Lane: Reinstate the lost lettering, clean the stonework, repoint the memorial, clean and re-patinate the bronze elements.
The property is a listed building.

Land South Of Neptune Road Wallsend – APPLICATION NO: 24/00455/FULM
Lhyfe is applying for planning permission for The construction and operation of a plant for manufacturing green hydrogen. The development would include a main building to house the plant equipment, wastewater treatment plant, hydrogen purification plant, a control room/office, driver welfare facilities, tanks and cooling systems, a new substation and parking facilities.

The application is being advertised as it involves major development.

If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the same address shown at the end of this notice.
