Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/0299: High Bank, Mill Hill Lane, Brockham, Betchworth, RH3 7LS: Internal alterations including internal wall insulation, erection of a low-e glass 8.3mm vacuum double glazing in the ground-floor clerestory.
MO/2024/0661/LBC & 0674/PLA: 98-102, South Street, Dorking, RH4 2EW: Internal alterations including separation of existing single ground floor commercial unit into 2 No. individual commercial units, and insertion of facilities to support each commercial unit.
Replacement of existing single front door with two front doors. Conversion of rear commercial space into a single studio apartment.
MO/2024/0663: Abinger House, Church Street, Dorking, RH4 1DF: Provision of additional floor and other external alterations to provide 5 residential units with associated refuse and cycle storage.
MO/2024/0683: 3, Cedar Close, Dorking, RH4 2EH: Energy efficient renovation and extension of a bungalow to include bay window extension and entrance porch to the front; raising of the roof to create additional accommodation in the roof space with dormers to the rear and enlargement of the existing single storey rear extension.
Replacement of all doors and windows, rendering and hanging tiling to external walls. Installation of solar voltaic panels, EV charging outlets and an air source heat pump. Landscape alterations to the front driveway.
MO/2024/0485/DETMAJ: Dorincourt, Oaklawn Road, Leatherhead, KT22 0BT: Demolition of the existing buildings and development of a new building for Use Classes B2, B8 and Class E(g)(ii) (iii) including ancillary office space, provision of service areas, car and cycle parking, landscaping and associated works.
MO/2024/0693: Stocks House, 9, North Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7AX: Construction of an additional storey at roof level to provide 2 No. self contained flats.
MO/2024/0631/LBC & 656/PLA: Polstore Storage Systems Ltd, Pondhead Farm, Bennetts Grove, Forest Green, Dorking, RH5 5PN: Change of use of part of an existing ancillary barn to allow for the enlargement of existing guest accommodation and internal and external alterations facilitate the proposed change of use and improvements to the ancillary barn.
