2024/2190/LBC. Manor House The Green Hulcote. Listed building consent to reinstate metal railings along the wall at the front of the house, demarcating the boundary between the garden & the village green.

2024/2213/RM. Land At Malabar Farm A425/Staverton Road Daventry. Reserved matters application (appearance, landscaping, layout & scale) for construction of 129 dwellings, associated access routes, landscaping, open space & drainage pursuant to outline approval DA/2019/0750, mixed use development comprising up to 1,100 dwellings, a two form entry primary school, local centre (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 & D1/D2 including C2/C3 facilities), associated landscaping & demolition works (approved 05.11.2021). Major Application.

2024/2207/LBC. Home Farm Eagle Drive Northampton. Listed building consent for replacement pitched roof covering, replacement of existing uPVC guttering & downpipes with traditional half round, black finished cast iron effect in aluminium. Installation of mineral wool loft insulation between & over ceiling joists. Installation of two new loft hatches to enable safe access to roof space for inspection & maintenance of services & roof structure. Localised repointing to brickwork facades. Localised repairs to timber windows & doors, redecorations to timber windows & doors. Installation of a linked, hardwired fire alarm system. 2024/1981/LBC. 64 High Street Harpole. Listed building consent to replace 2 bathroom windows & 3 bedroom windows.

2024/1211/LBC. 59 Duston Road Upper Harlestone. Listed building consent for new rooflight to north east elevation including lightwell & new insulation to attic space; replacement DG windows & insulated floor to entrance porch.

2024/2066/MAF.            Land        between Glassthorpe Solar        Farm

& Northampton West Substation. Installation of underground electrical connection & communication cables extending between the consented Glassthorpe Solar Farm & Northampton West Substation, with temporary construction compounds & associated infrastructure. Major Application.
