Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015 Notice Under Article 15

Applications for planning permission have been submitted for:

24/00457/OUTMEI - Section 73 application to remove conditions 24, 25, 26, 28, 30 and vary conditions 27 and 29 of permission 14/00516/OUTMEI relating to the Monitor and Manage Mitigation Strategy at Land Adj To Ashby Road, Tamworth, Staffordshire. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

24/00358/FUL - Section 73 Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of Planning Application ref: 22/00786/FUL dated 20/10/2022. Variation to consist of omission of single storey day unit, relocation of bike store, reduction of living units, material changes, alterations to bin store and changes to fenestration at Former Fulfen Practice, Burntwood Health Centre, Hudson Drive, Burntwood.

24/00487/FULM - Section 73 Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of Planning Application ref: 23/00684/ FULM dated 15/03/2024. Variation to consist of removal of ancillary offices and associated external alterations to remove cycle store at Unit 2 and combining and additional storage to existing cycle store serving Unit 1 and removal of bin and recycling facility at Unit 2 and combining services with altered access at Land At Harrier Centre And North Off, Wood End Lane, Fradley, Lichfield.

The above application(s) are available for inspection on the Lichfield District Council website https://www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/planning.
