Planning Permission Is Sought for The Following:

24/0577/FULAVC & 24/0578/LBCAVC: Former Green Man, 238 High Street, Potters Bar. Application for a change of use from Part D1, Part C3, to sole use as Dl (Nursery). Internal alterations, external alterations to include bin store, cycle store, car parking, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments and fenestration. (Revision of refused applications reference 23/1246/ FUL & 23/1247/LBC) Reason: Listed Building.

24/0583/VOC/GO: Brook House, Galley Lane, Barnet, EN5 4RA. Application for variation of condition 2 (plans) to allow for design changes following grant of planning application reference 23/0173/FUL. Reason: Green Belt.

24/05867LBC/WC: Tyttenhanger House, Coursers Road, Colney Heath, St Albans, AL4 0PG. Application for internal refurbishment and services upgrade to first, second and third floor common areas and offices, repair works to main staircase and roof, and installation of lightning protection. (Application for Listed Building Consent.) Reason: Listed Building & Green Belt.

24/0601/HSE/ES: 56 Baker Street, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 2EQ. Two storey rear extension with alterations to roof to include 3x side dormers and alterations to fenestration. Construction of raised patio to rear. Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
