REASON FOR INQUIRY APPEAL BY VISTRY HOMES LTD
Relating to the application to Cherwell District Council for Outline application for up to 170 dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated open space and vehicular access off Warwick Road, Banbury. All matters reserved except for access at Land east of Warwick Road, Banbury, OX16 1HD.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
