Reference: AVA/2024/0267 Applicant Name: Mr Paul Marshall Address: The 1924, Campbell Street, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1AP Proposal: Change of use for unit 8, including the seating area, and units 9 and 10 from class E(a) and E(b) use, to a single unit with flexible use of class E(a) retail, E(b) cafe / restaurant or E(c) office uses. Change of use for units 11-16 from class E(a) retail use, to class E(c) office use (this may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area and setting of a listed building)
