a) Removal of existing cement render from front
elevation and gable ends of Manor Farm House and
replace with lime based render at Manor Farm House

Proposal (a) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
