23/38538/FUL & 23/38539/LBC - Norbury Park House Norbury Road Norbury - Full Planning Application and Listed Building Consent for the erection of roof PV panels and ground source heat pump.

23/38734/FUL - Dwellings At Former Hatton Pumping Station Stone Road Cotes Heath - Removal of existing cast concrete coping stone to existing gable walls & replacement with powder coated aluminium copings. Provision of new powder coated aluminium copings to existing dividing walls & parapet copings to flat roof.

24/38954/FUL & 24/38955/LBC - Tixall Mews Road Tixall Stafford - Installation of ground source heat pump, using five 170m bore holes, extension of gravel parking area, to include estate fencing and cattle grid and low impact bollard lights. Replace existing flue with new matt black flue for solid fuel stove 600mm above ‘ridge level’. Install bulk head light fitting to passageway with motion sensor.

21/35350/FUL - Land To The East Of Milford Borehole Pumping Station Tixall Road - Change of use of land to operational site for new site extension, to accommodate the installation of 1 no. new borehole (BH4), with associated kiosk, crane pads, access road and landscaping.
