NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A
PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE
GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that: Grosvenor Casinos (GC)
Limited of the following address: TOR, Saint- Cloud Way,
Maidenhead, SL6 8BN is applying to vary its premises
licence under section 187 (1)(b) of the Gambling Act 2005.
The application relates to the following premises:
Grosvenor Casino Leeds, Westgate, Wellington Bridge
Street, Leeds, LS3 1LW. The proposed variation is to seek
approval of the plan submitted with the application to make
the following alterations to the First Floor only: Additional
Poker Room in replace of the restaurant area; Removal of
glass barrier between existing Poker Room and additional
Poker Room. The application has been made to: Leeds City
Council, Entertainment Licensing, Civic Hall, Leeds,
LS1 1UR. Email - Entertainment.Licensing@leeds.gov.uk.
Information about the application is available from the
licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing
the details of the application. Any of the following persons
may make representations in writing to the licensing
authority about the application: A person who lives
sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected
by the authorised activities; A person who has business
interests that might be affected by the authorised activities;
A person who represents someone in any of the above two
categories. Any representations must be made by the
following date: 5 June 2024.
It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act
2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a
licensing authority for a purpose connected with that
Act information which is false or misleading.
