NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P0447.24, Harris Academy Rainham School, Lambs Lane South Rainham, Installation of substation, external plant room, Air Source Heat Pumps on supporting systems complete with acoustic enclosure and associated works.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P0518.24, 8 Kiln Wood Lane Romford, Part single, part two storey side/rear extension, new front porch with pitch roof, loft extension with additional dormer to the front and raised terrace with steps to side and rear, following demolition of existing porch and existing rear extension.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P0567.24, Jobbers Rest, St Marys Lane Upminster, Single storey side extension.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P0606.24, 10 Risebridge Road Romford, Erection of garage/outbuilding following demolition of existing garage, internal alterations and changes to all doors and fenestration on main dwelling.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P0612.24, 30 Crossways Romford, Replacement of existing conservatory with a new single storey rear extension/orangery, new upgraded flat roof to garage & conversion of loft into habitable space.
