Sterling Care Solutions Group Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Retrospective change of use of West Lodge from student accommodation to supported living accommodation (use class C2) for up to 20 adult residents with complex needs, and retrospective change of use of Rectory Lodge from student accommodation to supported living accommodation (use class C2) for up to 12 adult residents with complex needs.

Mr John Guy is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replace stolen lead flashings with master form to adjoining gable and chimney stack. Repoint cover flashing with sand lime mortar and area around base of stack. Inject cracks gable with mortar gun finish with wood float and hessian bagging to blend in with original. This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
24/00866/FUL - 2 Brookside Terrace Sunderland SR2 7RN. Mr John Beattie is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of metal railings to existing front boundary wall, raise height of existing brick pillars, replace coping stones and replacement metal gate. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
