Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The following applications have been made to St Helens Borough Council:
Application Number: P/2024/0051/HHFP
Proposal: Erection of three storey rear extension including projecting and Juliet balconies. 3no. front dormers and raising of ridge height including loft conversion, and associated external alterations, including render and composite cladding to walls and render to boundary wall, following demolition of existing rear extensions.
Applicant: Mr David Gibson
Location: 4 Owen Road Rainhill St Helens L35 0PJ
The site lies within a Conservation Area. As this is a householder or minor commercial application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which Is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
