THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

24/0497/FH - 112A High Street, HYTHE, CT21 5LE - Proposed detached three bed two storey dwelling facing Prospect Road

24/0513/FH - SPICERS FARM, CANTERBURY ROAD, ETCHINGHILL, FOLKESTONE, CT18 8DE - Proposed single storey extension, internal alterations and external repairs to Spicers Farmhouse. A proposed new build annexe, a new car port and associated external landscaping, including a new site entrance.

24/0606/FH - SPICERS FARM, CANTERBURY ROAD, ETCHINGHILL, FOLKESTONE, CT18 8DE - Listed Building Consent for proposed single storey extension, internal alterations and external repairs to Spicers Farmhouse. A proposed new build annexe, a new car port and associated external landscaping, including a new site entrance.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
